Kundalini yoga is an ancient technology, a dynamic blend of physical postures, breathing, movement, stretching, meditation, mantra and relaxation, the combination of which activates the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, expands the lung capacity, and purifies the bloodstream.

Kundalini means “the creative potential of a human being”, is your creative energy.

Regular practice can awakes this dormant energy and enable you to reach your highest potential, destroying old toxic emotional patterns and open yourself to lots of new experiences and subtle sensations, some related to the cleansing of your physical body and subconscious mind.

Kundalini works on your energetic field, your aura. Through the practice of sets of postures (kriyas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and sacred sounds (mantras), you will increase the life force (prana) flowing through your body. It flows through everything – your hands, your eyes, even your voice, and can be used as a tool to heal yourself and to heal others. From this state you can easily find your balance and recognize your true nature.
